About Heart of Texas Conservatives PAC

Our Mission

Heart of Texas Conservatives PAC is a grassroots organization dedicated to promoting conservative values throughout the Heart of Texas — faith, family, freedom, and the Constitution. We believe the strength of Texas lies in its communities: neighbors who know each other, show up for each other, and take responsibility for the direction of their towns, counties, and state.

We exist to give conservative Texans in our region a way to stay informed and get involved — not just in presidential years, but in the local elections, school board races, bond packages, and ballot measures where a handful of engaged citizens can change the outcome.

Where We Work

We are headquartered in Bastrop, Texas, and our service area is Bastrop County and the surrounding Heart of Texas region. Our volunteers live in the communities we serve — from Bastrop and Elgin to Smithville, Cedar Creek, and the rural routes in between.

What We Do

• Voter education. We research and publish updates on local elections, ballot measures, and policy issues affecting Texans, so our supporters can make informed decisions at the polls.
• Volunteer mobilization. We organize block-walks, phone banks, and community events, connecting volunteers with opportunities to make a difference in their own neighborhoods.
• Community engagement. We host meetings and gatherings where neighbors discuss the issues that matter — faith, family, freedom, property taxes, and the Constitution — and plan grassroots action together.
• News and alerts. We keep our supporters informed through email newsletters and text message alerts covering local political news, upcoming events, and volunteer opportunities.

How We Are Funded

Heart of Texas Conservatives PAC is funded by individual supporters and operates independently of any candidate or campaign committee. We are a registered political action committee. We do not take direction from any campaign, party organization, or outside group — our agenda is set by the conservatives of the Heart of Texas region.

Heart of Texas Conservatives PAC is a separate and independent organization. Any other group using a similar name is not affiliated with us.
